Who we are
UAB „Atviros informacinės sistemos“ – an IT security solutions company operating in Lithuania since 2004. We are the official distributor of “Kaspersky Lab” and other international software vendors. Our main areas of activity are antivirus protection, data security and cybersecurity for business and home users.
Over more than twenty years, thousands of consumers and hundreds of companies in Lithuania have bought licences from us – from offices with a handful of workstations to organisations protecting hundreds of computers and servers.
What “official distributor” means
The licences we sell come directly under our contract with the vendor. In practice, this means the following:
- The key is intended for the European market and activated in Lithuania – so there is no risk of a cheaper auction code suddenly being rejected.
- We stand behind the licence, not an intermediary from another country. If there is a problem with activation, we solve it ourselves.
- VAT invoice is issued for every order – for both individuals and legal entities.
- Advice in Lithuanian by phone and e-mail, with no automated answering systems.

How we work
For home users everything happens automatically: once you choose a licence and pay, the activation key arrives by e-mail immediately, together with a VAT invoice. No waiting, and no need to go anywhere.
For business clients, we tailor the solution individually – what matters is not your line of business but the number of workstations and whether the company has its own IT specialist. This determines whether ready-to-use protection is enough or whether you need a management console with EDR capabilities. We prepare a quote for a specific number of workstations the same working day – all it takes is fill in the form on the business clients page.
