When something serious happens, the specialists investigate the incident and tell you what to do, and you can either respond yourselves or let them do it.

How it differs from other Kaspersky Next tiers
- EDR Foundations and EDR Optimum – protection and EDR on workstations, you do everything yourselves.
- XDR Optimum – the big picture beyond workstations, but monitoring and investigation still have to be done in-house.
