Servers and cloud environments follow different rules from staff computers: there are many of them, they are created and destroyed automatically, and a standard workstation licence does not suit them.
What it protects
- Physical and virtual servers
- Containers and their environments
- Public cloud infrastructure
Why separately
Protection is designed not to reduce server performance and to cover newly created machines automatically.
Who it is for
For companies with their own servers, virtual machines or public cloud infrastructure. A standard workstation licence is not suitable for such environments, either technically or in licensing terms.
How it differs from workstation protection
Servers run continuously and are sensitive to load, so the protection is designed not to reduce performance. Secondly, environments change automatically: a newly created machine is protected by itself, without waiting for someone to add it manually.
What you need to know before a quote
It helps to tell us in advance how many physical servers and virtual machines you have and whether you use containers – the licensing model depends on this.
Which environments it covers
The entire hybrid infrastructure is managed from a single console – policies are applied uniformly to physical servers, virtual machines and cloud instances.
Getting started
- Send an enquiry – form state the number of workstations and the term you want. If you are not sure which tier you need, simply tell us what you have.
- You receive a quote – the same working day. If needed, we can also arrange a trial version so you can try it before buying.
- Licences and getting started – we send you the licence details and a VAT invoice and, if you have any questions, help you get it running.
