All payments are processed by a licensed payment institution Paysera. Kaspersky24.lt never sees or stores your online banking login or card details.
Online banking
The most convenient way: choose your bank, confirm the payment and return to the shop. You receive the licence key by e-mail within 1–2 min. after payment.
Available banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Artea (formerly Šiaulių bankas), Citadele, Revolut and Paysera account. You will see the exact, always up-to-date list in the Paysera payment window.
Payment card, Apple Pay and Google Pay
You can pay by Visa or Mastercard, as well as with Apple Pay and Google Pay – especially convenient on a phone. You receive the licence key by e-mail within 1–2 minutes of payment.
By bank transfer against a pro forma invoice
Convenient for companies and institutions. When ordering, choose payment by bank transfer – we will send you a pro forma invoice by e-mail.

Be sure to state the pro forma invoice number in the payment reference. We send the licence key once payment is received – usually the same working day.
When do I receive the licence key
When you pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or online banking, the key is sent automatically right after successful payment – usually within half a minute. When you pay by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice, the key is sent once the money is received, usually the same working day.
The e-mail comes from the address shop@kaspersky24.lt. If you cannot see it, first check your spam folder – e-mails with codes sometimes end up there. If it is not there either, write to us or call: we will find the code in our system by order number or the buyer's e-mail address.
Is it safe to pay
Payment accepted by Paysera LT, UAB – a payment institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania. You enter your details on their page, not in our shop, so we never see or store your online banking login or card details. All communication is encrypted.
A simple rule that applies to any shop: open the payment page yourself from the shop, not via a link in an e-mail. And no shop will ever ask for your online banking passwords.
Refund
A licence key is a digital product, so the general 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once the key has been sent – you agree to this when placing your order. However, if the code does not work, the wrong product was sent or you paid twice, we resolve it: we either replace the code or refund your money. The conditions are set out in the terms of supply.
VAT invoice
Issued automatically for every order and sent by e-mail together with the licence key. Enter the company's VAT code in the payment form.
